Recommended Supplements
I don’t recommend a lot of supplements.
But, in the very least, you NEED a high quality multi-vitamin and Omega-3 capsule.
Why?
Because, even if you eat perfectly, you will still not get the vitamins, minerals, enzymes and micro nutrients you really need. Especially if you exercise and want to lose weight.
Omega-3 capsules: Whew. where to begin! Here’s a SHORT list of benefits:

- decrease triglyceride levels
